How we plan to help build homes in the south coast

This is not something we would normally do but in tough situations we want to make sure people are not being taken advantage of and level out the playing field. Without people willing to travel down and do the work, prices get dramitally incread as other trades might not have the capacity to do so much work.

What sparked the idea?

A call at the end of Feb from 2 sisters who lost their holiday home mentioning horror stories of the expence people are ebing charged and after meeting a beautiful couple whom came to our open home who really liked our Pods, we felt there was something that had to be done.

Rob & Jacki pulled together old suppliers, new suppliers and trades to see how we can make this possible while making it affordable for the majority.

“Whichever suppliers we work with, it cannot be about the remuneration, it must be about helping those in need. That is what our focus is. If you are a supplier or trade who wants to help for a great cause please also contact us.” Jacki Says

There is a catch…

We will need multiple orders to build and take all of our trades down to each location. We will be grouping locations and clients will need to have their block cleared and funds available in order for us to start building as our build is quite quick. We have 2 Pod’s confirmed already that are not bush fire victims but would like to get a property down on their block of land while we are there.

Please contact us asap if you’re interested in this idea and you like our product, this way we can work out the best way forward so you can get you a new home in under 6 months time.

Suppliers who can service the south coast with us

These amazing people behind these companies have been liasing with us in order to provide options for people with the current limited options. People are forced to purchase portable homes just to have accomodation now, therefore if we can get approvals in 6-8 weeks build a Pod for them in 8-12 weeks, in 4-6 months they should have a liveable solution. If we could do it faster we would!

FAMILY BUSINESS

Father-Daughter team Rob & Jacki have created this product and took it to the market in 2017 after realising how many people would like to put their parents or kids in a Pod, even rent it out. We never dreamed of being able to help those in need within Australia, so we are looking forward to helping wherever we can, now and in future.
