1 Bed 1 Bath Pod
The 1 bedroom Pod at 67m2 with a 9m2 deck is a perfect home for solo or couple. This has also been used for workspace with a spare bedroom. It has our signature look with the wooden feature cladding and large glass outlook.
The 2 bedroom 1 Bathroom rectangular Pod at 87m2 with a 12m2 deck has been great for a solo, family or couple. This is our signature design with three large sliding doors and the stunning wooden feature wall.
The 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom Pod at 89m2 plus a 10m2 deck is the prefect option for an investor or expanding family. With two bathrooms and a sleek design, it’s suitable for multiple uses. It has two wooden features with our large glass sliding doors.
The 2 bedroom 1 Bathroom L shape Pod, approximately 87m2 with a 9m2 deck, is perfect for a compact block. The bedrooms are side by side and one bedroom plus the living have our signature sliding doors.
The 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom L shape Pod is 89m2 plus a 11m2 deck. It is best known for investors as it can be rented to 2 tenants or a family. It can also be a great extension to your residence for additional living and bedroom space.
We include: Plans & approvals, complete construction with high end finishes, merbau decking, double glazed windows and doors, skylights, full wardrobes, blinds, full kitchen, stone top laundry, tiling to ceiling, air-conditioning, heated flooring in bathrooms and much more.

All of these items above cost approximately 5-10% of the price of the Pod and is determined at a site inspection by our project manager, plumber and electrician.
Other additional costs: Additional decking, additional treads/stairs, sails, handrails, ramps, carports, driveways, landscaping etc will be an additional cost.
We will price these for you when we complete a proposal for you.

Through an online site check that our lovely team members will put together for you. They will create a block analysis for you from a satellite birds eye view in order to determine easements, parking requirements and approximately what size Pod can fit on your block. Just fill out the site address of the property and your email address on the form here, and we will get back to you on what size Pod can you fit in your backyard.
We are upfront and honest with our costings. We supply you with the Pod cost, the site works cost, the tie in cost and any extras you require in a Pod proposal. The only person who can change the cost is you if you want an extra product, item or service during the construction or if the council require additions in order to get the project approved.
We are relatively small and young business starting in Dec 2017 and we bring together the people with a wealth of knowledge to make up for it. Robert Valk has built a drafting company into an architectural firm by himself and been in the industry of construction for over 35 years and is very well known in the design industry of Canberra. Jacki, (Robert’s daughter), coming from fast pace Sydney, brings her experience from her finance and marketing background together, to present the business to the people of Canberra.
