Our NEW 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Pod

As the new RZ1 rules regarding the territory plan are changing, it has allowed for an opportunity for a 3 bedroom pod option.

The three bedroom is a cross between a rectangle signature Pod and a L shape Pod. Running 16m long x 10m wide (long side) x 6.4m wide (short side).

This plan we have below is 110m2 internally with 48m2 of decking. Therefore a total of 158m2. Please note that we can reduce the decking to our standard one meter wide.

We have create a couple of different concepts for a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom plus study. All around 110m2 – 120m2.
