Think of it as a modern-day granny flat – a perfect secondary residence enhanced with forward-thinking design, beautiful interiors, and charming space arrangements.

In addition to that, the Pods offer fast build times (8-12 weeks) and essential home appliances, such as a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge, a microwave oven and an optional gas stovetop.

Our designer’s source materials and products exclusively from Canberra’s most trusted suppliers. We stand by our work and we offer a 15-year warranty on tapware, as well as a 5-year warranty on appliances (with the white goods package).
