The 2b2b L-shape Pod
This client opted for solar operable skylights and fancy tactics. They wanted to make it feel like a home they could live in for years to come. This Pod will initially be rented and then the client may live in it. The build came up as a treat and we are very proud of this first 2b2b L-shape build. We started the siteworks in mid-June 2019 and handover was completed early Sept 2019. We also have added in extras such as paving around the Pod, changing the decking and added in some minor landscaping while the build was happening. We hope the client and their tenant will love this product we have created for them.
